The rooms were spacious and clean, with great amenities. The location was perfect, close to the downtown area and within walking distance to the main attractions. The staff was friendly and always welcoming, making our stay enjoyable.
The noise level was too high, especially on weekends. There were people driving around with loud music, even during late hours.

Spent an amazing Easter weekend at this hotel! the room was so spacious and clean, with luxurious amenities. the staff was super friendly, always welcoming us with a smile. We especially loved the key location, walking distance to the downtown area and church, and only a short walk to the beautiful Malecon. the bedding was so comfortable, and we slept like babies. Another advantage was the enclosed parking, which gave us peace of mind knowing our car was safe.
The noise on weekend nights. People drove around with loud music blaring, which made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel has a great location, with easy access to downtown and the local attractions. the rooms are spacious, clean, and come with all the necessary amenities. the staff is friendly and welcoming, making every guest feel at home. the parking facilities are secure and convenient. the bed and bedding are extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.
The strong scent of air freshener used by the cleaning staff can be overwhelming for some guests.

clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location and great parking. The hotel is close to the downtown and it's easy to travel around the city from here. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff were very cute and always helpful with any requests we had. The parking on site is also fantastic.
We couldn't think of any negative aspects to this hotel. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting this city.
